Tomatito, of whom I have posted before, plays some Bulerías back in 1980, similar to what Niño Miguel plays in the video I just reblogged.

The connection? Niño tres cuerdas Miguel is Tomatito’s uncle.

Trailer for the 2007 documentary La sombra de las cuerdas, about revolutionary virtuoso Flamenco guitarist Niño Miguél, acclaimed by Paco de Lucía himself, a world-class artist who is today known in his native Huelva as niño tres cuerdas, as he plays on its streets on a guitar missing three strings.
