As a Lebanese descendant whose family has assimilated Portuguese customs and become completely isolated from Lebanese culture in just two generations, I have been wanting for some time now to travel to Lebanon, to get to know first hand the country and culture of my other ancestors.
It probably sounds stupid that I’m missing a place I’ve never even been to… on to the Carlos Paredes film now.
